"may break my bones"
A week ago was a normal wednesday night and on wednesday nights we practice Judo at Hapkido. I was fighting or wrestling one of my fellow black belt trainees. Normally I'm quite a challenge to them and it was no different this time.
As I tried to hook my leg around his, he defended and in some way my toe ended up kicking his shin. I felt proud at first because in the 5 min of fighting him he didn't get me on the floor once and I mean this guy is really good. Anyway, as this kicking motion happened I fell to the floor and said "time out", held my toe and didn't continue with the fighting. I found this extremely lame.

Anyway long story short, I am currently wearing the most fashionable boot in the whole world. I have my first fracture and it's on my little toe. And you know what, from all the ways you can get a fractured bone I really think my situation is the most awesome. I mean who would've thought that I, Ania, the semi- careful person would come to Korea and end up wearing a cast in my last 3 months here.
The only really sucky thing about this is that I probably won't end up with my black belt as I cannot train at the moment and probably will go insane from not exercising and having to stay at home. Nevermind the fact that it is -12˚C outside and I cannot wear a sock over this highly oversized stent. And showering in the mornings are going to get a mission.
