"First snow is like first love. You never forget it"

It's end November and it's officially snowing. Well, not everyday yet but it's getting there. I woke up to what seemed to look like just another super cold morning but as I was walking to my lift-stop I saw snow. First thing I did was snap a picture. As I was walking out of town the amount of snow that fell in the night became more and more. It was awesome! It didn't last too long though. By the afternoon it was almost gone again.



There is something so pure and beautiful about snow. It's almost like it misleads you - beautiful yet so very very cold. But even then it's still mesmerizing. I saw my first snowfall in Austria a few years ago and although I haven't exactly seen the same in Korea it really amazed me that the pictures and different shapes you see as decorative pieces made by people aren't so far off from how it looks in reality. Every snowflake is uniquely created to form a masterpiece on its own. Seeing this makes snow all the more beautiful and enjoyable. And there is something romantic and magical about it as well... Not sure what yet.

I can't wait to go on the slopes and catch that first snow and leave my fresh tracks. Untouchable and amazingly smooth.

I will never get over the excitement of looking out of the window to seeing falling snow.
